Booking Process
Step 1
Fill out our bachelorette party request form with as many details as you can. We will use this form to make sure we can accommodate your requested date and time and find you a suitable teacher.
Step 2
Once our Private Bookings Coordinator has received your form, they will contact you for more details. This is a great time to set up a complimentary consultation.
Step 3
Now that we have ensured that your requested date and instructor are available, we will require a deposit to confirm your booking for your bachelorette party in Victoria.
The deposit is 50% of the total amount of estimated participants. It’s OK if you aren’t quite sure. When you pay the balance we all account for more or less people.
Step 4
After your deposit is paid, your booking is confirmed. Between booking and your event, you are welcome to send our Private Bookings Coordinator any questions or details that will help with the design of your event. We will also need your song choices for your dance class, any theme requirements, as well as accessibility requirements for your guests.
Step 5
The big day is here! When you arrive with your guests, the balance for your event will be due. We will calculate the difference between your estimated guests at the time of paying your deposit, and your final attendees at the event, and you will be charged the difference. You are welcome to pay as one sum or per person.
After the balance is paid – it’s party time!
Step 6
If you booked the Picture Perfect Performance, you can expect to receive your images emailed to you no later than 2 weeks after the event has finished.
