The theme for Pop Culture for the 2026-2027 season is "Emotion".

Session 1: Fear
Session 2: Anxiety (or Surprise)
Session 3: All of them (Emotional overload?)
Session 4: Happiness
Session 5: Desire 

In this class students will spend each six-week session dedicated to a specific hit pop culture genre. 

This open level class is fun and upbeat. It is a no pressure way to dip your toe in the dance world. Students can expect to warm up their bodies and then spend their six weeks building a dance dedicated to the tv show chosen for that session.

This class is performing but performance is optional; each six-week session will learn a full piece of choreography for one of our shows throughout the year.

Students should wear stretchy comfortable clothing they can move in, and either jazz shoes, bare feet or indoor non-marking runners.

Black jazz shoes may be required for performance.
