Audrey (she/her) was born and raised in Vancouver and first started training in heels, commercial dance, and hip-hop at Harbour Dance Center when she was 19. She continued her dance journey as a student, performer, professional dancer and instructor throughout the years in Vancouver and Ottawa.

She was a part of several dance companies and programs, including Kill the Lights, Culture Shock Ottawa, Bloom Heels, Interquill, Moving Forward Dance, Badass Babes, Illustrative Society, and HEEALSOULES.

With her positive energy, she strives to make everyone feel great, confident, and supported during class. She enjoys teaching all ages and styles and continues to share her knowledge and passion with her students.
