Overview

Jazz 2/3 is an intermediate level jazz class for students with 5+ years of dance experience.

What To Expect

Students in this program will continue to improve upon their foundation of technique. Participants in this level 2/3 class should be comfortable with the following terminology and should be able to perform: single/double pirouettes, chaine turns, basic jumps, as well as have some comfort performing basic floor work.

Classes will include cross floors, short combinations and choreography applied to a performance piece for our Summer Production.

Attire and Requirements

• Students should wear stretchy comfortable clothing they can move in, and jazz shoes.
• Jazz shoes are mandatory for performance.
