Requirements:
To thrive in Pleasers 2/3, dancers should be able to:

• Get up and down from a squat position
• Kneel onto one leg
• Master the 'sploot' technique (entry into a “fake” split position).
• Perform a backward shoulder roll with control.
• Execute a candlestick pose.
• Hold a plank on hands from toes with ease.
• Walk across the stage/floor in pleaser shoes with confidence.

Attire:

• Pleaser shoes in a 6”, 7” or 8” heel height, though 7”-8” are optimal (teacher can request for a certain shoe colour for performances)
• Kneepads required to support floor work and dynamic movements.
