Heels 1/2
Heels 1/2 cater to individuals who have some experience in dancing in heels but are still refining their skills and building confidence.
A thorough warm-up session is conducted to prepare the body for dancing in heels. This may involve stretches, cardio exercises, and strengthening drills specifically targeting the ankles, calves, and core muscles.
Throughout the class, students learn choreographed routines that incorporate a mix of dance styles such as jazz, hip-hop, and burlesque, adapted for dancing in heels. The choreography gradually increases in complexity, allowing students to challenge themselves while mastering new movements and transitions.
The instructor will focus on teaching students how to infuse style, personality, and confidence into their dancing. This includes exploring different performance elements such as musicality, dynamics, and storytelling to create engaging and expressive performances.
Students have an option to perform.

Prerequisites: Heels Foundation for at least one session and Hotness 101/102 for one session.
