While we can’t perform on stage at the moment, our studio is taking on the big screen with our first ever mini-series! Join us at SilverCity Cineplex each Tuesday in July as we watch the story unfold over 4 weeks. You can also wait until August to watch it all from the comfort of your own home.
After the leading lady, Estelle Penchman, is found dead in her dressing room on opening night, investigators Detective Callidus and Inspector Fide look to the wild, seductive, and secretive cast and crew of the theatre to find the murderer.
In our production program, you will be enjoying entertainment provided by performers of all levels, abilities, identities and bodies. Some folks are seasoned performers while some will be in front of the camera for the first time.
Theatre Tickets: $25 each (Must be 18+ to attend)
Note: Tickets must be purchased through Passion and Performance, you will not find them on the Cineplex app.

*Please note that in some cases, objects and people may appear closer than six feet. Throughout the filming of this project, both Provincial and Federal COVID-19 guidelines were closely followed both in-studio and off-site. The protection of our students and staff has been and will continue to be our highest priority.
We would like to thank our friends at Riptide Studio for creating this project with us. https://riptidevideo.com/
Before the COVID-19 pandemic, our studio performed live theatrical productions. Tickets for these events would range from $25-$65 per person. This project has cost the equivalent of two of our mainstage shows, however, we are not able to charge per person as we once did. If you are watching this film with multiple members of your household or core bubble, we kindly ask you to consider making a donation to our small business to help us with cost recovery for this project as well as our limited operational capacity during the pandemic. Your support is truly appreciated by our entire studio, which includes faculty, staff, and dancers.
Passion and Performance acknowledges that it organizes and works on the traditional territories of the Lekwungen peoples, and that the land’s historical relationships with the Songhees, Esquimalt and W̱SÁNEĆ peoples have existed since time immemorial. Further to this acknowledgement, Passion and Performance affirms that colonialism, and the attitudes and practices that have accompanied it, contributes to systemic discrimination and violence against Indigenous Peoples.
