We encourage our students returning to dance since the pandemic to be kind to themselves. You may experience sensory sensitivity being in a crowded space with loud music again. It will take a few classes to get used to it. We recommend dancing in the back for your first few classes if you are concerned so you can easily access the door as necessary. We have many vulnerable members of our community at the studio\, we kindly ask that you navigate the space with care and consideration.
